Mission Statement

SALOMON / LETELIER Manhattan Filmworks is a production company formed by two creative professionals with a unique vision. Veteran television producer Harris Salomon and acclaimed motion picture producer/director Gustavo Letelier believe there's a huge market for filmed entertainment that is both artistic and solidly commercial.

As independent producers, they believe they can take the ingredients of a good art film and assemble them in a commercial film with wide audience appeal. Good stories, great talent and moderate budgets are the hallmark of this new and exciting company.

Manhattan Filmworks projects are totally people driven. The stories told through their film productions are centered on individuals. Harris Salomon and Gustavo Letelier believe a good film begins not with special effects, but with a unique story about people! It's an old fashioned idea, with a new generation outlook.
